LPI Consultants was founded by Dr. Chinue Uecker, DBA. Chinue is a Master Black Belt and Project Manager who has 20 years of extensive management, process improvement, and strategy experience.
She graduated from:

Chinue has presented her research on financial strategies to prevent rural hospital closure at the World Rural Health Conference, NPR radio, and the IHI National Forum; successfully led enterprise teams to improve access, quality, patient/staff satisfaction, safety, and revenue within healthcare; led strategic initiatives in Australia, Canada, the Caribbean, China, Europe, Japan, and the United States as a Management Consultant at LPI Consultants; led a team of 50 employees to build quality patient monitoring equipment as a Manufacturing Manager at GE Healthcare; and led the operations within a two-shift device manufacturing plant as an Operations Manager at Abbott Laboratories.
Chinue serves as the Board Chair for the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Thomas/St. John, Secretary for the Association for Strategic Planning (ASP), and co-lead for ASP’s Women in Strategy Community of Practice. Additionally, she is an active volunteer through Catchafire, delivering a total impact of nearly $94,000 through coaching, mentoring, and skill building with non-profit organizations globally.
